There aren’t many things in life I like more than being in the kitchen.

Whether it’s trying an old classic, a personal favourite, or completely going out of my comfort zone and trying something new. It’s the systematic, scientific process of taking a whole host of different elements and creating something that has the potential of (but doesn’t always succeed in) looking and tasting fantastic that inspires me to cook at every opportunity.

It was this passion, and my thirst for something new to write, photograph [and eat!] that encouraged me to start this blog. Primarily this blog will see me use my favourite flavours, ingredients and cuisines to create the recipes you see.

    1. Thank you so much for such a wonderful comment. None of this is my profession – just a passion that uses up most of my spare time! Got some more macaron flavours to come over the coming weeks and then I’m finishing my macaron series with a macaron cake – so keep an eye out for that! Thanks again.
